Lately Refraserwis Sp. z o.o. accomplished many specialized
refractory projects in Poland as well as abroad.
The largest enterprises in last year are the repairs of the towers of heat exchanger and rotating furnaces belonged in the cement industry, repairs of the coking chambers, repairs in waste incineration plants as well as waste boilers, steam boilers and blast chambers in wood industry, new buildings of the tunnel furnaces.
Substantial portion in the work implemented by us had the drying process of the refractory industrial installations by means of mobile computer-controlled drying units in accordance with the demanded drying curve.
The work duration of the burner lances of the rotating furnace in the concrete coat implemented and dried in accordance with the indicated drying curve by our company
amounts to even 10 months!
Refraserwis accomplished also the orders in fixed and manufacturer work of the heat resisting steel constructions (burner muffles and others)
Our company extends its services, invest in new machines and devices as well as works on new technologies and technical solutions. As example we can own mobile
drying unit for burner lances in cement rotating furnaces, as well as drying unit for large volume objects and also the construction of the own installation for the repairs of the shaft furnaces in sugar works. At present we design further constructions, which
will improve our achievements in the as heavy industry sector as building of
refractory installations to rationalize and increase the quality.

The company has established and applies the management system in line with ISO 9001:2000 and PN-N 18001:2004(health and safety).

Taking into account permanent development and quality raise of offered services, since 1 November we are implementing Quality System according to ISO 9001:2000 and PN-N 18001:2004 (Work Safety). The certification is planned in January 2007.

In the magazine 'Raw materials and construction machines' we present our article 'New technologies in drying of the refractory linning of the rotating furnace burners'. Our company becomes present also to the conference.
